Unequal social management results in poor job opportunities and more barriers to access to health, education and services. 

Racial motivation in physical and verbal violence against ethnicities and migrants affects not only individuals but also the entire community or even society as a whole.

These inequalities have a negative impact on society as a whole and even on a nation as a result.
